Ticket On-Sale Procedures – College World Series

If twelve or more guests are at the Box Office waiting to purchase tickets at the time of the initial box office on-sale, a lottery will be held to form the line.

The lottery system has been in place since Charles Schwab Field first opened to provide the fairest ticket sales process possible to all guests. By removing the incentive for guests to arrive early, the lottery saves guests time and significantly decreases the chance for third-party vendors to be the first in line. Third-party vendors have historically paid people to arrive hours before a sale in order to ensure a space at the front of the line.

Standing Room Only Information for the 2024 Men’s College World Series Finals:

Standing room-only tickets (SROs) will only be sold the day of the game at the Charles Schwab Field Omaha ticket office if that game is sold out. For the Finals Games, SRO tickets are $80 and each fan will be limited to four tickets. The ticket office is cashless and photo ID matching the card will be requested at time of purchase.

SRO Lottery Process for SUNDAY, JUNE 23rd:
1. Lines will be allowed to form at Charles Schwab Field Omaha Box Office beginning at 7:00 am. (No overnight camping will be allowed)

2. At 8:00 a.m. Stadium staff will start the lottery process. Each person in line (over age of 16 and with a matching photo ID to their credit/debit card) will be assigned a number, that number will also be put into a box where it will then be randomly drawn.

3. The person holding that number becomes the first person in line according to their number. (For example, if number 5 is drawn the person assigned number 5 becomes the first person in line, followed by 6,7,8 and so forth. This continues until the highest number originally handed out is reached. After that, the person assigned number 1 will join the line, followed by the remaining people in the order of the numbers they are holding with the person having 4 becoming the last in line.)

4. Anyone who arrives after the lottery numbers are handed out would go to the end of the line.

5. The amount of standing room only tickets will be determined the day of game.
