ADA Information
The Guest Services department at Charles Schwab Field Omaha strives to provide exceptional service to all guests, including those with disabilities and special needs. Charles Schwab Field Omaha has met or exceeded the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements of compliance. Our facility provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment at all our events. The sections below highlight some of those services at Charles Schwab Field Omaha.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in all MECA managed surface lots. These spaces, including van-accessible stalls, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued hangtag or license plate. Guest drop-off and pick-up locations are positioned along 12th and Mike Fahey Streets on the south side of the ballpark near Gate #2. Accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly. Refer to the Directions/Parking section of this website for additional information.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)
Charles Schwab Field is equipped with an Assistive Listening System with receivers available for stadium events. Guests who are interested in this service should visit with a representative at Guest Services, located outside of Section 113 on the Concourse Level. Guests must leave valid identification (such as a driver’s license) as collateral. This is a complimentary service and may not be available at all events.
Closed Captioning Services
Charles Schwab Field is equipped with a Closed Captioning System, offering a limited number of mobile devices upon request. These devices have the ability to transmit and display communications made through the building’s public address system. Individuals interested in this service may borrow a tablet from Guest Services located outside of Section 113 on the Concourse Level. Guests must leave a valid identification (such as a driver’s license) as collateral. This is a complimentary service for Charles Schwab Field Omaha guests and may not be available for all events.

Elevators/Stadium Ramp
All public areas of Charles Schwab Field Omaha may be accessed by elevators or ramp. Elevators are located outside of Gate #2 near the box office and within the Suite/Club Entrance along 13th Street. The ramp is positioned outside of Gate #3 on the east side of the facility, and can be utilized with reserved tickets.
Induction Loop Hearing System
Charles Schwab Field is equipped with an Induction Loop Hearing System in Sections 109, 115 and 130. Guests interested in this service must have telecoil-equipped hearing-aids. For additional information, please visit with a representative at Guest Services located behind Section 113 on the ballpark’s Concourse Level.
Restrooms
All restroom facilities at Charles Schwab Field Omaha are ADA accessible. Additionally, family/unisex restrooms can be found throughout the ballpark.
Seating
Charles Schwab Field Omaha has reserved ADA seating throughout the facility. For each seat reserved by a guest with a disability, up to three (3) companion seats can be available. These seats are available in every price range and are selected to allow for convenient entry and exit, as well as ease of access to restrooms and concessions stands for guests with limited mobility. The stadium’s Premium Suites and Club Seats are also accessible for ADA guests who are ticketed for these areas. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster and the Charles Schwab Field Omaha box office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require ADA seating so we may properly assist you. Service Animals / Guide Dogs
Service animals are welcome at Charles Schwab Field Omaha and must rest in the seating area of the guest, rather than in an aisle. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that they can assist you in locating an accommodating seat.
Sign Language Interpreters
Charles Schwab Field Omaha may provide sign language interpreter services for our hearing-impaired guests at select events. While interpretation services cannot be guaranteed for every event, we will make a concerted effort to accommodate requests received with appropriate advanced notice – at least two (2) weeks prior to a game. Tickets
All ticket purchases, including ADA seats, can be made through the Charles Schwab Field Omaha box office, online at ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
TTY/TDD Services
All customers, including those with disabilities, are encouraged to contact our Guest Services department with questions at guestservices@omahameca.com. Individuals may also call the Nebraska Relay Center at 711; the Relay Center will then place a call to Charles Schwab Field Omaha, where we will be happy to communicate through that service. A TTY phone is located in the ballpark at Guest Services, behind Section 113 on the Concourse Level.
Wheelchair Escorts
Upon request, the Charles Schwab Field Guest Services department may provide complimentary wheelchair escorts on a first-come, first-served basis, which can be made available at any entrance. Guests will be met by a wheelchair attendant and escorted to their seat location. Please note that our staff cannot remain with you during an event, nor will they permit a guest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. To request a wheelchair escort, please notify gate staff upon arrival.
Wheelchair Storage
Wheelchair storage maybe provided at the top of a guest’s section for individuals who wish to transfer from a wheelchair to a seat during events at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. Please make contact with a nearby usher for assistance.
